UN Women Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka carried the ‪Olympic Flame at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. She was joined by athlete Thaiza Vitória, who participates in our programme with the International Olympic Committee to empower girls through sport.
