As part of the Persistence Resistance Film Festival in New Delhi, UN Women supported a seminar on Gender and Governance at the India International Centre in IIC Conference Room 1 on 10 February 2011.
The seminar showcased films by award-winning documentary filmmakers Kim Longinotto and Rahul Roy, followed by two panel discussion sessions:
- Women in Politics in South Asia, 11:00–13:00
- Representation of Women in Films and Media, 14:00–16:00
