Outreach: Doha 2012 – COP18

Outreach is a multi-stakeholder newsletter, published by the Stakeholder Forum and co-sponsored by UN Women. It highlights stakeholder perspectives daily during the Conference of Parties (COP) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

COP-18 is taking place in Doha, Qatar from 26 November to 7 December 2012. It provides an opportunity to make women’s voices heard in the climate change negotiations and their participation, and leadership in the negotiations a reality. At the global level, the inclusion of women in decision making can inform integrated and inter-generational policies and advance sustainable development.
