Preventing the spread of COVID-19 among women and girls: Integrating gender perspectives in the COVID-19 response

UN Women Nigeria calls for proposals for a responsible party to implement programmatic activities under four outputs. The recruited partner will work closely with UN Women, the Government of Yobe State, as well as other relevant sectoral partners and women-led organizations to facilitate and promote access to COVID-19 prevention and mitigation opportunities for women and girls, particularly in the humanitarian settings within North East Nigeria.

Additionally, conflict-affected young women and girls will benefit from income generation activities directly arising from the production of COVID-19 prevention supplies.
