Disability inclusion markers
In 2021, UN Women embarked on a research and learning process to explore options for introducing disability inclusion markers to UN Women’s reporting systems.
This process involved reviewing existing marker systems (disability inclusion markers or gender equality markers) and consulting internal and external stakeholders.
The process has culminated in the launch of this brief, which highlights UN Women’s research on markers alongside insights from a wide range of development partners.
