CSW66 Official Meetings
Organization of the session
Due to the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, CSW66 took place in a hybrid format. In-person formal meetings had limited in-person attendance adhering to social distancing guidelines, with the option of delivering statements via pre-recorded videos. Interactive dialogues were fully virtual.
All side events and parallel events were fully virtual.
As it is not possible to anticipate how the COVID-19 pandemic will impact the conduct of intergovernmental meetings at United Nations Headquarters in March 2022, the convening of CSW66 will need to take into account the changing and evolving environment of the pandemic and the related safety and health guidelines implemented at the United Nations Headquarters and by the Host Country authorities.
