CSW60 (2016)
The sixtieth session of the Commission on the Status of Women took place at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 14 to 24 March 2016.
Representatives of Member States, UN entities, and ECOSOC-accredited non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from all regions of the world attended the session.

On 21 January 2016, UN Women convened a forum to engage a range of stakeholders in the preparations for CSW60 at UN Headquarters in New York. - Expert Group Meeting
In preparation for the sixtieth session, UN Women convened an expert group meeting (EGM) on “Women’s empowerment and its link to sustainable development” from 2 to 4 November 2015 in New York.
