Call for proposals: Promoting women’s participation in public and political life through media

As part of its women in leadership and governance program, UN Women plans to work with civil society organizations to transform gender norms by strengthening the capacity of media and enable it promote gender equality and women’s participation and leadership in public life as a social goal, to ensure positive portrayal of women in various processes including reporting and designing of gender responsive programs, and to increase community awareness on women’s leadership role.
